Sharks has always been good and fresh. I have only ate the catfish but it's always hot. We have tried several locations and all have the same good service.

I went in for Oysters and Okra. Sorry they don't have that right now.l, even though it's on a daily special.
The tea tasted like it was instant not brewed, it was so bad I couldn't drink it.
What I did get wasn't very good. Not going back. -

I don't know how this place is still open. It's disgusting. My wife and I went there, took a few bites of our food and threw it all away, then left.
All the food tastes like it's fried in the same oil- so the fries taste like fish, everything tastes like the fish. Everything clearly just comes out of a frozen bag and goes into the fryer.
The fried fish steak had that dirt taste to it. And the bottom of my serving tray felt dirty and grubby.
Avoid this place. -

I had high expectations for this place but was mildly disappointed. The inside of this place is nothing to brag about. Doesn't seem like they made any improvements from the Pizza Hut it used to be. They definitely did not invest much in their new location.
When we placed our order we discovered the menu was very confusing and very contradictory to what the lady told us as to what all came with the dinners & combos. The lady taking our order clearly did not want to be there and was not very knowledgeable. Our order ended up in the To-Go Order hot box even though we were clearly ordering in. I had to go up and ask what happened to our order and without an apology or saying a single word found our order in the to-go box, placed it on the counter and went back to her register.
I ordered the Cheese Steak Sandwich which was actually decent but after accounting for the horrible customer service I have no plans to return. During our long wait for our food we witnessed several other customers that were questioning what happened to their orders.
This place is a One & Done for me. I would have given them 1 Star but the Cheese Steak was good. -

Very good! Our first time here. We each had the Fish Combo's. You can pick 2 or 3 items out of a large list. I had Catfish filet, 3 frog legs and 2 perch. Edna had Frog legs, Catfish filet and 10 fried shrimp. $13.99 good price and you get a lot. Comes w fries and slaw. Everything tasted great. Good size Catfish filet and large pitch filets. Atmosphere not fancy or relaxing much. You order at counter then they call your #. We will be back! After cholesterol lowers from all the fried food.
